It’s really good for the price and it actually works! I don’t take it as oral supplement, but use it as topical and I feel the anti inflammatory effect quite rapidly. I suffer from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) in addition to Fibromyalgia & other debilitating ailments. There is NO Cure & painkillers don’t provide relief. Out of desperation I tried this product to help me relax & maybe sleep for longer than 2 hours at a time. I wasn’t expecting a miracle but this was pretty close. I am 59 years old and very active in the gym. The drawback to my running activity is the cramps I tend to get from time to time while trying to sleep the night after a good workout.
